Your eBay classified ad let us to the Escalade we purchased, which, in my opinion, is in far better condition than the listing illustrated. We had to check into the hospital to deliver our son, and were unable to visit your dealership, but Greg was extremely helpful in facilitating the vehicle's purchase and pickup without our actually being there in person. Our Escalade was delivered to us by a family member the morning we left the hospital with our new son. We're so happy with our purchase, and even happier that the irregularity of our circumstances didn't cause a hiccup, as we weren't going to be able to deal with it very well from the hospital. Well, I just purchased my 8th Lexus from McGrath Lexus in Westmont. I have to say the reasons that brought me there from day one are still evident 12 years later. I have used the same Sales Consultant every time, Steve Gibson. The fact that he has been there for that long should speck volumes for the staff and the Dealership as a whole. Steve and McGrath have never pushed me to buy a car, never played that car salesman game that I hate, YOU KNOW "let me get my manager", he come over shakes your hand tells you "Oh your kids are so cute".. McGrath Lexus is not a "Car Dealership", it's a place to go and buy a car the way I think you should buy one. Tonight was my appointment with one of McGraths Delivery Specialist, a gentleman by the name of Kraig. He spent 1 1/2 hours with me and my family and went over every single button on the car. He was patient with us and answered all of our question. Even taught me some new iphone tricks. When I left I felt very comfortable with the car and what it can do....
