I have been dreaming about a black on black Lexus SUV for the past 4 years. After a long month looking I found the best deal at McGrath Lexus in Westmont. It was perfect and Greg was both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful - highlighting the benefits of the Lexus Hybrid and the insane number of features it had. I decided to buy the car right away and Greg worked with me on both the price and to get an amazing financing rate of 0.9% - which is awesome for a certified Lexus. I brought the care in because of what I thought was a scratch but turned out to be something else, whereas washing the care and d gave great service. Our experience purchasing the RX 350 was excellent. Joe Scala is a great person to work with, just as he had been in 2005 when I bought the first vehicle there. He came back to the dealership to meet with us, since we showed up without an appointment. Further, he gave us a fair price on the vehicle considering our loyalty to Lexus and to McGrath. The only poor experience was the first try at fixing a scratch on the rear drive door. It was certainly not at the level of standard we have come to expect from McGrath. The second attempt was great; we are very happy with the vehicle so far. More

I purchased a 2011 Lexus RX350 this weekend with the help of Justin. It was definitely a different car buying experience than I had in the past... I felt i was not only buying a car, but an experience. I've only had the car for a couple days now, and unfortunately had a flat tire this morning. Surprisingly Justin called to make sure I was still loving the car. I told him about the flat tire, and within 20 minutes, someone was at my house fixing the tire. He even followed up to make sure they got here for me. Again, only a couple days in, but so far I'm pleased. I hope the experience is long term, unlike most dealerships, but it seems like it will be!
