This 2008 ES350 is the first Lexus I have owned. I traded in a Volvo C70. Before going to the dealer, I did my homework on Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book to determine the true value of the cars and I sh traded in a Volvo C70. Before going to the dealer, I did my homework on Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book to determine the true value of the cars and I shopped cars online as well as at some dealers. I feel I got a fair price for my trade-in and also paid a fair amount for my Lexus from McGrath. But, my satisfaction goes beyond just the financial aspects of this deal. I think I got lucky when I walked into the dealership for the first time and they brought Mel Owens over to help me. Mel is such a warm and open individual that I immediately warmed to him. Considering a four year old car definitely gave me pause. Mel went over all the facts about this particular car and was very patient and informative as I considered the purchase. This vehicle (with only 12,575 Miles on it) seemed just too good to pass up! I went away that day to think about my options. The day I bought the car it was pouring rain (Who buys a car in the pouring rain?!) Mel had the car brought inside for me to see again. They dried it off and it looked great. Then, I took it for a test ride (out in the rain again!). Later in the day, when I actually bought it, they detailed it AGAIN for me! Mel handled everything efficiently and professionally... loan docs, license transfer, trade in documents. And, as others have said, he made me feel like I was his only customer...or maybe just his favorite! Mel handed me off to finance, Mike Connery, who was also very efficient, pleasant and professional. He helped me determine if the optional protective services were right for me - with no pressure, just explanations. Then came Kraig Dykman who walked me through all the features of my Lexus. Kraig was great! Also very patient (it was 8:30PM at this point!) He set up my garage door opener, showed me how to set up my cell phone on the Bluetooth, and demonstrated how my MP3 Player works in the car. I have a great car and as you can tell, I'm a happy customer. Looking forward to the McGrath service experience! More

I came to this dealer to find a used car for my mother. Jack Martell was the sales men that assisted myself and my mother to find and purchase a certified used car. He told me right of the bat he is going to give me the best price possible and he was a man of his word. I looked for many cars before finally deciding on a 2010 ES350. He was not there to haggle us or pressure us into anything we did not want. I have been in sales and customer service all my life including roles in training new sales men and women. Jack has it all. If and when I decide to buy another car I will be going to the only one I ever want to deal with, and that's Jack. I cant say enough on how grateful I am that he was there to help us. My husband and I had a wonderful experience (again) this time around at McGrath Lexus of Westmont. We went on a busy Saturday and were helped by Justin right away.
