We are extremely pleased both with our Lexus GS 350 and the service provided at McGrath. Justin did an excellent job providing information and selling the Lexus car and McGrath Dealership. It handles extrmemly well in town and on the highway. I also loved the fact Justin sent us out on our own. When we returned, Justin introduced us to a Service Manager. The Service Department is very impressive. Car washes, back massages and shoe shines are nice added extras. The Cafe and waiting areas are all very enjoyable. Mike Connery, Business Manager completed paperwork quickly and efficiently. The day after the sale Justin called to check in and make sure we were happy. Follow up is huge with me. It is greatly appreciated. He went above and beyond and should be a top seller for Lexus. I will be seeing the specialist who provides options training, Crag who also was beyond knowledgable and professional. More
