He was courteous, extremely knowledgeable(this man knows his stuff), patient and most accomodating in addressing my needs. Throughout the negotiating process he made it easy, painless and was very respectful of my time. Although I truly came just to shop for a vehicle, I ended up purchasing a RX400h which is my dream vehicle, and I am extremely happy now! The staff was friendly and most accomodating and the perks i.e. free car washes for life, free starbucks coffee and tea, free pick up and delivery for service, shoe shines, and the clincher for me free massages on mondays helped me understand the value I was getting in purchasing from McGrath Lexus.
