McGrath Lexus in Westmont is awesome! This is an exemplary dealership for great customer service. I just had another great Customer Experience with the Service Dept. My Lexus RX 350 requires only exemplary dealership for great customer service. I just had another great Customer Experience with the Service Dept. My Lexus RX 350 requires only minimal preventative maintenance, oil changes, replacement battery and the like. I can honestly say it's an experience I look forward to because of the great reception and customer service that I receive, time after time, from Casey K. He is very professional, courteous and an outstanding person that I truly enjoy working with. He always takes time to listen, and is very helpful in offering useful advice. There's a different Lexus dealer 5 minutes away from my home, but I chose McGrath because of their customer-focused reputation. Special thanks also to Brad Bartholow, Dept Manager. Lexus IS tops!!The staff are really professional. Dean came to talk to me as soon as he got the report. Then when the car was done he came to get me and tell me where the car was and it was all washed and came to talk to me as soon as he got the report.
