I would have given 5 stars but I miss the little customer service niceties like washing your car, cleaning your mats after service. I also miss receiving a phone call from service consultant telling me wha service niceties like washing your car, cleaning your mats after service. I also miss receiving a phone call from service consultant telling me what if any issues there are and the cost. This time I received ridiculously long confusing texts that never even got to any point. Which resulted in me getting frustrated and angry with my service consultant. Communication was an absolute nightmare. More
