That experience was fine. Service in previous two visits has been good. My last trip in I would up leaving. Made an appointment for 10:00 AM, pulled into the queue, and was not acknowledged by my assigned service advisor for at least 15 minutes and then worked my way out. I know it was a busy Saturday, yet to stand outside my car waiting on an advisor for a simple acknowledgement, especially after making an appointment is unacceptable for e Lexus dealer. I'm trying Woodfield Lexus today for my scheduled maintenance. My buddy has been touting their service for years. He finally got me to drive the extra 15 minutes. This is a follow up: Woodfield Lexus identified that McGrath missed changing out my cabin air filter at the last 90,000!mile maintenance (was very dirty). So I paid for something I didn’t get. Interesting. More

Don't believe the bragging about customer-friendliness I came in to look at and then test drive a car. Then I asked for a lease quote. That was five days ago. Still not received. The salesman left me in hi I came in to look at and then test drive a car. Then I asked for a lease quote. That was five days ago. Still not received. The salesman left me in his office right in the middle of our conversation ..."I'll be right back," yet he wasn't. I had to leave to go to an appointment, but recontacted him to again request a lease quote. While he was "friendly", I don't think he listened to me during our conversation/test drive, because now he doesn't seem to have a clue. Expects me to do his work looking through the fine print descriptions of 50 cars or so to find what I want. What's the customer service part? And the manager seems just as bad. Send a "friendly" note - that left all the spaces empty where the automated email system plugs in the customer information. Expected a LOT better from Lexus and, frankly, from McGrath. Dealing with McGrath over the years, I've found several individuals to be excellent, but as a rule, it's the same old car dealership bs. More
Very unprofessional, terrible experiance, cant be trusted I inquired about a 2010 BMW 535 XDrive that was on their website as I am a out of state buyer, a "New arrival" that was a trade in. It was just going I inquired about a 2010 BMW 535 XDrive that was on their website as I am a out of state buyer, a "New arrival" that was a trade in. It was just going through their inspection for retail purposes, it had been detailed already which is a bad sign before a mechanic looks at a car as it washes off any bad signs of leakage etc. I was sent a copy of the inspection and it said everything checked okay specifically No Oil Leaks per the inspection report. Doing my due diligence I checked the maintenance history of this BMW and to my surprise I was told this car was needing %5-$7000.00 in repairs from oil leaks, valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, hood struts, etc. A deal was already on paper as quick as you can imagine so I called the used car manager Greg Luzinski and informed him of this. He made absolutely no comment about how his mechanic missed all of this. Said he would adjust the price in the amount of $2000.00. After thinking about this and knowing it could easily get up to $5-$6000.00 very quickly once I took it I emailed and told that I would still buy the car if he made a much bigger adjustment for my well being as I was taking all the risk and acually doing him and Mcgrath Lexus a favor taking this car off their hands that wasnt maintained by the previous owner which is well documented. I then receive a return email from Greg Luzinski who was insulting my character and my personal integrity for simply asking to take another look at the deal abd see what he could do. He was totally unprofessional, abusive, disrespectful, and not willing to talk by phone rather hide behind a computer and degrade which is totally unacceptable and I will not tolerate being talked to by anyone let alone a High Line Lexus Dealership in this manner. Furthermore if you have any intention to reach out to the Customer Relations Manager forget it as you will be blindsided by others interrupting the conversation with hostile and unproductive outbursts and behavior. Any reputable "A" Dealer would have immediately sent this vehicle to the Auction knowing what it needed in repairs. Im sure they didnt disclose to any potential buyer after me all the repairs that were found to be needed on this car. Nor would they have done the repairs needed as they out weighed the value off the tremendously. As I expressed to him I was looking forward to this car and they immediately pulled the deal from me. Iv never seen such bizarre behavior for no reason.Truly a bad experiance for the holidays. Stay away form this place they cant be trusted and only look out for them self and do not deal in good faith and will turn on you and make personal attactks. Further, ore you cant trust their inspections they do on Pre-Owned cars as they totally missed everything on this BMW and they are supposed to be highly trained mechanics at a Lexus Dealer. Take my advice and always do your home work before you buy any used car especially an out of state purchase like this was and by doing my background on this BMW it saved me alot of money, thousands, and I didnt end up with a car that wasnt maintained properly and neglected and getting stuck with all the repairs like Mcgrath Lexus tried to stick me withinstead of taking care of their per-owned cars like they should before they retail them. They do not appreciate out of state customers like I was with Cash. You have been warned yourselfs a big favor and STAY AWAY!! More

Of all the makes, models, and This was my thirteenth purchase at McGrath Lexus as I am the designated purchaser for immediate and extended family. Of all the makes, models, and dealerships I have worked with, McGrath is my favorite. Always first class service., a fair deal, and the nicest people to deal with. In particular, Rita Barkstrom, Tom O’Connor, and Paul Tuffner in service are people I would work with over and over again. My most recent lease was a 2018 RX F-Sport for my wife, The process was professional. They found the car outside Illinois and had it brought in with very few miles. The delivery process with Aldo and Ben was also first class. All in all, I would go back to McGrath even without the free car washes, coffee, and Saturday donuts! More

Joe Scala was a very nice, easy to work with guy. Only took 2 times to get a very fair price. I did my homework before hand and knew what would be a great deal and I got it! Jimmy took the time to show me all the bells and whistles in a very efficient, patient way! And Mike the finance guy made it effortless and fast to get the transaction finalized, he was great too! I was in and out in about 3 hours. They were all a pleasure to work with! Thanks McGrath team! More
Worst car buying experience ever Took over 5 hours to process the paperwork to buy an in stock new Lexus RX350. Hard to believe this is a Lexus deslership. High point of the day was Took over 5 hours to process the paperwork to buy an in stock new Lexus RX350. Hard to believe this is a Lexus deslership. High point of the day was the free lunch. Excuse was that we were an out of state buyer yet I specifically asked if they knew how to do this. “Oh yes we do it all the time” was the response. They had the exact car in stock so we went ahead with purchase. Forget the incentive ads, they called the cars noted in the ads “beer cans” that they rarely have in stock. I could go on and on. They get one star for their ample inventory. Buyer beware. More
