He made the whole process easy, and we were in and out in a few hours. Dealership was very nice and everybody was accommodating. Aldo, the finance manager, was also great and very personable. We did run into a slight issue though with the vehicle--was originally told rear brakes and tires needed to be replaced due to a buzzing noise from the rear, did that and the noise still occurred. Contacted dealer and they resolved the issue very easily. I am very happy with the service I received from this dealer and will come back in the future and recommend to my friends and family.
