Mel was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was very easy to work with throughout our process. We had a lot of questions as we had not done a lot of research on the hybrid model or the Lexus brand. Mel gave us a lot of good information related to the differences in the vehicles and allowed us to work through our buying process without feeling we were being pushed or managed.
