Fantastic Experience for an Out-of-State Purchase! I inquired about the car on Tuesday - Britnee Litwin immediately emailed me stating that the car was still available. I emailed back and made an offe I inquired about the car on Tuesday - Britnee Litwin immediately emailed me stating that the car was still available. I emailed back and made an offer stating that this would be an out-of-state purchase. Within an hour - Joe Scala called me and got back with more details on the vehicle and we were able to work a deal out. I gave a credit card deposit to hold the car and made arrangements to pick up the car the next day. Once I got to the dealership - Joe met me and took me to the finance manager to finish up the paperwork. I was out within a couple of hours and driving the new car back home! Joe was great to work with. Not only did he give me a great deal on this certified CT200h, I felt he truly wanted to make sure that I was totally satisfied with my purchase. He made sure that all of my questions got answered and followed up with another phone call the day after to make sure I didn't have any other issues.
