Prices are fair and you truly get what you pay for. Additionally, Joe helped me with my second vehicle that I bought today. I trust him fully and believe I will be recieving a vehicle that is as promised by Joe and his dealership. Buyer pay attention to the "Certification" The service was good but quite lengthy. I left there with a massive headache and a bit confused. We know the dealer always wins no matter what but doing something unethical is not right. My car was listed at $37k and it was certified, when we sat down to negotiate on the car I was told the car was $37k plus $1395 for extended coverage for 2 more years which i was planning on getting that anyways. What I wasn't told was that the 1395 was for certification of the vehicle and was already uncluded in the base price of the car. When we were with the finance person after he offered exteded coverage for 5 years i said wait we already have that, he said NO you don't have extended warranry. So I asked him we paid extra $1396 and his comment was no tou didn't pay extra that's for the certification and it's already included with the car. I said we were charged for it so then he called Joe over who explained that the car needed to be certified, etc. ect. by then i was so exhausted had been there for almost 4 hrs. Bottom line we paid and extra $1395 for nothing. I don't appreciate when people are sneaky like that and take advantage of the consumer that way. P.S. I was told i was going to get a call on Monday after my purchase to check on things...3 days later still mo call. More

Because we currently have two other Lexus vehicles (LS430 and LX470), and I had previously owned a GS430, I thought I knew all there was to know about Lexus vehicles. Mr Scala patiently went over the innovations in the newer LS460 we wanted, and facilitated a very painless and rewarding experience for my wife and I.
