Excellent Experience at McGrath Lexus of Westmont I was in the market for a car, and my search took me to McGrath Lexus of Westmont where I was assigned Mr Joseph Scala as my Sales Advisor. Because we currently have two other Lexus vehicles (LS430 and LX470), and I had previously owned a GS430, I thought I knew all there was to know about Lexus vehicles. Mr Scala patiently went over the innovations in the newer LS460 we wanted, and facilitated a very painless and rewarding experience for my wife and I. Since we bought our first Lexus in 2003, we have been to dealerships in IL and Texas, and McGrath Lexus was, by far, the very best experience we have had, particularly due to the attention and assistance we received from Mr Scala. Joe make this deal as simple as can be. I called in and was greeted by Joe Scala. I told him about the vechile I was inquiring about and Joe check the vechile out of inventory and had it cl I called in and was greeted by Joe Scala. He said the vechile wouldn't start at fist because it been sitting for a while so. He had a new battery put in. He explained how much he loved the car as well and made me feel like I had made a great choice. The system had went down so Joe told me to come back the next day.
