He was very proactive while not to pushy like many other sales men, he did not tell me to much stories (some sales people tell you elaborate tales) about things I do not care about. I travel a lot and he made it very easy for me to come in and he had all the paper work ready for me to sign off so I can go about my Saturday morning. I spent about 2 hr at the dealership 9 am-11 am, which is pretty impressive if you have been through buying vehicle before. The team (Sales and Finance) were very respectful of my time. If I look to upgrade in the future I will look to do business with him again and that particular McGrath Westmont location. More
