Art is very knowledgeable and helpful, and really enjoyable to work with. He was never was pushy and always made us feel like he was working for us to ensure we found the exact vehicle we wanted. When it came to negotiating "the deal" we had TrueCar pricing info. Art / McGrath gave us a very fair deal based on TrueCar pricing. No gimmicks, no add-ons, no hassle . I'd recommend Art Kuhl / McGrath to anyone looking for a Lexus - you won't be disappointed. I wish all sales consultants were this customer focussed - and fun to work with.
