Great Experience until i took the vehicle home.... Everything was fine with finding the perfect vehicle (Chevrolet Tahoe) for us and the loan approval. Once the purchase went thru I took the vehicle home but I was supposed to get vehicle matts order here we are 1 year latter and I never received them also I call several times and spoke to Jeff Walker and I got nothing but excuses once I look over my paperwork so I can file a report am as missing the sold as is document that is the said what I entitle to them. Then I call and find out he no longer works there so I try to talk to the use vehicle manager more than one time and never once he try to call me back or get in contact with me so This what I can tell you do not sign any documents or do not take the vehicle until you have what they office you. I am really disappointed More

Great buying experience I had a great used car buying experience. I called about a used vehicle and spoke with Joe Scala. I told him the vehicle I was interested in and he ma I had a great used car buying experience. I called about a used vehicle and spoke with Joe Scala. I told him the vehicle I was interested in and he made sure it was available and set an appointment with me. When I arrived he had the vehicle washed and waiting for me. We went for a test drive and when we got back he started the paperwork on my trade. While I waited for that and other paperwork to be completed Joe bought me lunch at the cafe inside the dealership! I was very impressed. By the time I finished eating the paperwork was done. We finished the financial details and I was on my way. Overall I had a great buying experience at McGrath Lexus of Westmont. I would shop here again and recommend it to my friends and family. More

Perfect car buying experience We saw a used car on the online inventory and called to make sure it was still available. Joe emailed back and had the car ready for us when we showed up. We showed up 8 minutes before the dealership closed and fell in love with the car instantly. It was Saturday night and Joe was about to go celebrate his wife's birthday but he took the best care of us through the entire car buying process! He was there till we drove away with the car. He handed us over to Mike to finish out the financing portion and everyone was literally the nicest people ever! They all stayed and we kept apologizing for keeping them after and they made us feel like we were silly for apologizing. We had previously purchased my mom's car from this dealership and I can guarantee all future cars will be purchased from here as well! Thanks! :) More

DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM MCGRATH LEXUS! We arrived at the Westmont location to look at a pre-owned Lexus around 6:20 PM on 3/28/2016. We had a meeting setup with Justin “Big J” Storandt (Yes We arrived at the Westmont location to look at a pre-owned Lexus around 6:20 PM on 3/28/2016. We had a meeting setup with Justin “Big J” Storandt (Yes, this was actually on the office name-plate). Upon arrival, we were told how lucky we were that we arrived a little early since there was another family trying to look at the same vehicle. Sure, we thought, just another sales tactic. The test drive was great, the car was in good shape and we decided that we wanted to see what kind of deal we could negotiate for the car. The usual tactics ensued; talking to the sales manager, stalling to make you wait, telling us how great the car was, yada-yada. After about an hour and a half in the dealership, we were going over the trade-in details and were asked what we were looking for from our current car. After more deliberations and stalling, the sales manager (Geoff Pebelske) came back and said that we were “too far apart” on the trade-in. While thinking that we were actively negotiating a deal and that we would meet them somewhere in the middle, we noticed that a few offices down where a family was completing paperwork on a deal. This seemed to confirm our thoughts that the “other family” was just a negotiating tactic. So after a few more minutes of hanging around waiting for an offer for our car (Which had never even been looked at), Geoff the sales manager walks up and again states how “far apart” we are on the trade. We then ask Justin the salesman if the car had been sold, to which he replied “yes.” So at this point we were in the dealership for over 2 hours negotiating for a car that was being sold to someone else at the exact same time. I mean, how crazy is that? Who does business that way!?!? And after seeing how upset we were and telling them that we are giving them a poor review, Justin had the nerve to offer a tank of gas as compensation. In his defense, he at least seemed embarrassed by this whole situation. Geoff on the other hand told us that “this is the auto industry” and left it at that. No sign of remorse or conscience. Needless to say, we will never, EVER be shopping at ANY dealership with the name McGrath on it. More
