My young lady decided to cancel meetings and embark upon an impromptu drive to Chicago to try and purchase a spectacular machine. We never do such things!! We are usually more systematic and methodical. But her spontaneity paved the way for my exposure to the profound McGrath hospitality. Anyway I don't wish to waste your time, BUT thanks again!! In forty years time when we need to replace our sparkling AWD 460, we will again drive to see you for the replacement Lexus and to be subjected to that spectacular McGrath service! I keep coming back to this dealership because I have always experienced excellent service from my sales person when buying the cars, to my service reps and service persons when I've had my cars in for maintenance or repairs. It also helps that Lexus is such a great, dependable automobile. Also, I really enjoy seeing familiar faces that have been there as long as I've been going there, such as Rueben. When buying this last car, he happened to be strolling through the area inside where they were cleaning off the car after bringing it over from Pasquanelli Drive. I got a big hug, how are the kids etc. That's really nice. Last, but not least, Joe Scala is a personal friend - our kids went to school together. Knowing Joe personally really took the stress out of buying my new car. I knew he was going to make sure I was buying the right vehicle. More
