Rare Positive Car Buying Experience We first visited Lexus to see about trading in a car and purchasing another pre-owned Certified Lexus GS. Although there were several cars available We first visited Lexus to see about trading in a car and purchasing another pre-owned Certified Lexus GS. Although there were several cars available for one reason or another it did not meet our expectations. The new ES had just been announced and there were a few new ones. I was impressed with the new design and though Justin Storandt normally sells used models he and Tracy worked with my husband and myself and we ended up with a new ES. They could not have been more pleasant to deal with. Honestly everything was taken care of so quickly and efficiently I was overwhelmed. I came into buy a used car and ended up with a brand new car -- my first in many years. Please note we have both owned Lexus' for the last 20 or so years. Mike Connery took care of the financial part thoroughly and efficiently (as usual) and Ben helped me with all of the new features and said to stop by any time with any further assistance. More

Having bought a Lexus E350 two years ago and always purchasing Caddilacs for the past 37 years, I contacted Joe about the Lexus brand and glad I did. I usually do not have very nice comments for Automobile Dealers, however, both buying experiences "exceeded" our expectations and I am compelled to share. Joe Scala is "Top Shelf" and a True Professional with a high level of integrity. He treated my wife Marcia like a "Queen". He was able to find exactly what she was looking for and when you make my " wife" happy - so am I. The atmosphere that Joe presented was calm, appealing and refreshing; NO PRESSURE. Joe introduced us to Mike, Finance Mgr who we share the same sentiments. He made us feel relaxed and we both walked away with a great feeling - Respected and Cared for giving us a better understanding of what pure customer service is.
