We are all human and make mistakes. It is how we respond to mistakes when they happen that show the true integrity of a business. I just leased a 2015 RX350. This transaction started out bumpy to say the least. Mostly due to miscommunication. I am taking some responsibility for this as well. Here is what happened at the end of the day. This dealership clearly proved to me that I was very important to them and they wanted me happy. They accomplished this in one day! I will tell you that Donny, Tracy and Greg went above and beyond to deliver my beautiful new RX to me and meeting all my expectations.
