OVERPRICING OF AUDI CARE I leased a 2017 Audi Q7 Premium Plus from McKenna Audi but the finance manager inserted the price of Audi Care for $2,250.00 instead of $799 which is I leased a 2017 Audi Q7 Premium Plus from McKenna Audi but the finance manager inserted the price of Audi Care for $2,250.00 instead of $799 which is the advertised price of Audi USA. I went back to the dealership to complain about the price disparity and Pablo Horjberg the Finance Manager advised me that he will take care of the error. I went back again after a week and Pablo and he said the check will be mailed in 6 weeks. Its now over a year and the overpriced Audi Care hasnt been resolved yet. I tried to ask other Audi dealers and showed them the lease agreement and was advised to go after the finance manager for ignoring my complaint regarding the overpriced Audi Care.. The price of Audi Care is all over the Audi USA website and pricing it for almost three times over the recommended value is a fraud. More

Other institutions had a sales associate really high ball and go back to the finance manager and we would be talking about the same thing over and over again for hours. While at Mckenna Audi and with David Kim, I presented what my price point was and my situation and from Application - Final Sale it took only 2 hours which is great when purchasing a car. We ended up getting a great deal! I would definitely recommend David Kim and Mckenna Audi for their service and deals! More

Non-responsive to a motivated buyer Simply put, I expressed interest in a vehicle that was on their lot. After two or three emails, the dealer stopped responding to me. I had filled out a credit application early in the morning before the shop was even opened and within minutes Johnny Azoulay, the sales manger, and Brian Sarabia contacted me. The entire staff knew I was on limited time and did everything possible to expedite my purchase and trade in; by the time I got to the dealership, everything was prepared. Jeremy Bullock was in front of the dealership waiting for me to greet me, which was a nice surprise. Everyone treated me with open arms and communicated every detail. They met every expectation and went above and beyond, in my opinion. Pablo was very helpful and ensured I understood everything about my contract. Throughout my visit, every person that was working with me ensured I was confortable and checked if I needed anything whatsoever. They were cognizant of my time restraint so made sure to update me on where everythig was during the process. I was able to purchase the car I wanted within an hour on a really busy day. I would return for another future purchase hair because of these guys!!! More
