I have been a BMW owner since 2006 and my first time getting a car at McKenna was with Bri. I felt as if she listened to everything I needed and didn't make the relationship a superficial one. I really felt like she treated me like family. This is why I sought her out specifically for my next BMW. This is my second BMW from McKenna - all thanks to Bri. In the past, this wasn't the case at McKenna - and McKenna is my closest dealership. But, the culture at McKenna is amazing and it shows because I have gotten my last two VW cars from McKenna VW and Wesley was incredibly amazing and caring. This is what a real nurturing dealership does. Hires and allows their sales team to be good people and meet the customers needs. Everyone hates buying a used car. At least, I do. There's always the assumption that, from the person who greets you at the door to the salesman, to the finance director, to the perso At least, I do. There's always the assumption that, from the person who greets you at the door to the salesman, to the finance director, to the person who hands you the keys to your new-old wheels, someone's whole job at the dealership is to Rip You Off. I'm pleased to report that my McKenna experience was the complete opposite. No reneged promises, no bait and switch, no xx whatsoever. It was a straight forward, top-class experience all the way. After the sale I needed digital copies of my contract and the Finance Dept. got them to me within minutes. And to top it off, we received a nice note of gratitude for the sale from Danny McKenna, the dealership's owner. It was nice to feel appreciated as a customer. It showed a real difference between his dealership and so many others. More
