I had an excellent experience at BMW of Monrovia and wanted to take a moment to recognize the team that helped make everything happen. I recently traded in my previous M4 competition and purchased a new double Individual M4 Competition xDrive, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and enjoyable from start to finish. My sales advisor, Bassel, was fantastic to work with. He was honest, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. There was never any pressure, and he made sure all of my questions were answered while helping guide me through the process in a very transparent way. Paul, the General Sales Manager, personally oversaw the transaction and made sure everything went smoothly. It was clear he truly cares about the customer experience and about doing things the right way. Jeff from the used car department was also great to work with. He provided a very fair offer on my previous M4 and was friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout the appraisal process. Ryan in the finance department was incredibly helpful as well. Both he and Bassel stayed late to make sure everything was completed properly so I could drive home in my new car that same day. Their willingness to go the extra mile really meant a lot. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. The team was professional, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping me achieve my goal. I’m extremely happy with my new M4 and very grateful to everyone at BMW of Monrovia who helped make it happen. Leasing made easy! Picked up our new (2nd one) IX 45 today. First one was the IX50 which we loved. Vy (a great manager), directed us to Tanvir Rohan. Tan spent the full day with us making the transaction into a seemless process and then the balance of his day (till 8:30 pm) at our home making sure we were comfortable with the latest in technology offered by BMW. I’ve only ever serviced my vehicles here. They do have the best courtesy vehicles of the dealerships I’ve serviced from. But they have terrible reservation times for service getting a courtesy vehicle. It can be from a week or longer. But my service advisor Eric Ho and Elmo who is no longer there. And Willie Vasquez were always very good to me and accommodating. This place is pretty packed, so wait times are a bit much compared to other dealers. Waiting area was renovated and Is ok for the location and clientele for the area. I could say this place is good but not the greatest.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at BMW of Downtown Los Angeles. 2026 BMW M850i, San Remo Green. MSRP: $118k. Dealership online offer: $98,906. The biggest issue was the misleading mileage information. The online listing and dealership photos showed the vehicle with 988 miles, while the CARFAX showed 991 miles. However, when I personally test drove the car, the odometer showed 2,448 miles. Nobody at the dealership could give me a clear explanation as to why there was such a major discrepancy between the advertised mileage and the actual mileage on the vehicle. Negotiations were also frustrating. Initially, they only offered about $660 off the price, which felt unreasonable considering the mileage discrepancy and the condition of the car. After I walked out, they suddenly contacted me and lowered the price by $3,000 the next day, which made the original negotiation feel dishonest and like a game. When we returned the following day, the vehicle had visible liquid stains on the door panels and rear seats and foul odor. The new car smell was completely gone. Before signing paperwork, we were told the car would be properly detailed, but the stains were still there afterward. It honestly felt like nobody cared about the presentation or condition of a six-figure vehicle. What made the experience worse was the lack of accountability from management. Basic questions about who had been using the vehicle, why the mileage was so much higher than advertised, and why the stains were still present went unanswered. The manager, Persian Xerxes, seemed either uninformed or uninterested in resolving concerns professionally. The only person that I somewhat genuinely felt bad for was my sales advisor, Vlad, who appeared stuck in the middle without much authority to help. Overall, the dealership felt unprofessional, disorganized, and lacking transparency. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere if you expect professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail. What a shame; it was a beautiful vehicle. Too bad the folks there are beyond incompetent. Don’t waste your time at this dealership. Shut this place down.

This dealership has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am an active duty service member and was on deployment a week from coming home, and was talking with the sales associate Matia who told me that there were no pending sales or offers on the BMW I wanted. So I told him I wanted to pay in cash via wire transfer that day and I would pick up the car the following saturday when I arrived back in the States. He said the only way they would hold the car is if I financed it through them so he would make a commission on the sale. even though I did not want to finance or run my credit because I offered to pay in full I had them finance the car just so they could hold it for a week while I was coming home from deployment. I received a message from Matia stating good news! you been approved and sent me the banking information to wire them the deposit for the car. Later that night he sent me a message saying do not wire the money yet, there is a deal pending and then they sold they car right from under me after forcing me to finance when I didnt want to and asked me to wire them a depoist. They are very untrustworthy and dont care about their customers or United States Servicemembers.
