Yes. The Nationally advertised holiday program is for $339/month with cash due at signing of $3814. This exclude taxes and include the $1000 holiday credit. I ended up with a total payment much higher than this and an out the door cash payment of $5300. Tim O'Brien gave me false information when he gave me an agreed on lease payment and out the door cash payment, which already include taxes. During the financing, you guys slipped in the taxes again. My payment should be lowered by around $34/month and I should be credited back for the overpayment of cash due at signing. The cash due at signing overpayment is around $1500.

Thank you for your response. However, at this point, I resolved my issue by purchasing a car at another dealer where I was treated with courtesy and respect. Again I maintain that I will never set foot in McKenna again.
