I purchased a used 2022 Mercedes-Benz CLS 450 from McKenna Porsche. While the buying experience itself was pleasant, the customer service after the sale was extremely disappointing. Almost immediately after purchasing the vehicle, the air conditioning stopped working during temperatures exceeding 100 degrees. McKenna Porsche had supposedly inspected the vehicle before selling it, so it was concerning that such a significant issue appeared right after I drove it off the lot. Instead of taking responsibility and helping resolve the problem, McKenna directed me to Mercedes because I had purchased an extended warranty. Mercedes could not get me in promptly, which left me without a safely usable vehicle for the weekend. After spending this much money on a luxury vehicle, along with nearly $6,000 for an extended service contract, I expected far better support. They also did not even provide a full tank of gas when I purchased the vehicle. That may seem minor, but combined with everything that happened immediately afterward, it reflects the overall lack of care once the sale was completed. A dealership’s true level of customer service is revealed when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, my experience with McKenna Porsche was that once the paperwork was signed, I was no longer their concern. More

From my very first email inquiry, my experience with McKenna Porsche was outstanding. Sam was incredibly responsive from the beginning, quickly answering my questions, providing the CPO inspection check McKenna Porsche was outstanding. Sam was incredibly responsive from the beginning, quickly answering my questions, providing the CPO inspection checklist and other information I requested, and making himself available by both phone and text whenever I needed anything. At no point did I ever feel pressured—just well informed and genuinely taken care of. When Rosa and I came in for the test drive, Sam was exactly the same in person: friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. He made what is often a stressful car-buying experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Once we finalized the deal, Sam introduced us to Katrina in Finance, and the excellent experience continued. What is normally a quick paperwork session turned into a genuinely enjoyable visit because Katrina was so personable, professional, and easy to talk with. She explained everything clearly, answered every question thoroughly, and never made us feel rushed. It’s rare to spend an hour signing paperwork and actually enjoy the conversation, but that’s exactly what happened. The dealership itself was spotless, welcoming, and reflected the Porsche brand extremely well. The vehicle was beautifully prepared for delivery and looked absolutely immaculate when we picked it up. Even after the sale, Sam continued to be available for questions and followed through on everything he said he would do. That level of service says a lot about both him and the dealership. Overall, this was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely interested in making sure we were happy with the process from beginning to end. I would happily recommend McKenna Porsche, and especially Sam and Katrina, to anyone looking for a first-class Porsche buying experience. More
