We purchased a 1020 Honda Odyssey and love it. We appreciate David Jolly for helping us pick the right Odyssey... He does not pressure you and he is truthful. I would definitely buy another car with him. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and willing to help. They got us financing so we didn't have to carry the paperwork to our bank. Everything was done when we left. I had been searching to find a car perfect for me for a few months and had some questionable experiences with other dealerships. I originally contacted the dealership via the internet. CJ Called me back with straightforward information and answered my questions. I later got more information from CJ and Jonathan and this encouraged me to make a 2 hour drive to this dealership. I was worried about whether I would face a "bait and switch" situation but I took a chance. Jonathan introduced me to Eddie who is one of the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met. I was shown the exact cars that I had discussed on the phone. The whole buying experience was straightforward and I believe everyone was fair and honest with me. Purchasing a new vehicle was a very difficult decision for me as I have always had used cars. I went into the process with a list of 12 cars to test drive..... I know, I'm a "rare" individual. McKenney-Salinas Honda was the first dealership that I chose to test drive a Pilot and, because of Regina and the welcoming atmosphere of your other employees, it ended up being the final decision. I have always hated the process of purchasing a car, hence, why my last car was 13 years old. I am not one that likes to be pounced on the second I drive on a car lot. Thankfully, I did not experience that at McKenney-Salinas. Rest assured that while I may not purchase another vehicle for 10 more years, I can promise that I will have nothing but postive things to say about your dealership, Regina and the other employees and will, most definitely, refer family and friends to your dealership.
