I had been researching vehicles for about a month and a half before driving the hour's drive to McKenney Salinas Honda Mitsubishi. She was friendly, helpful, and encouraging without being pushy. She was able to get me at the price I wanted and set everything up for me prior to my visit. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Bob Roadman. He immediately prepared me to take a test drive. I had never been interested in a Mitsubishi Galant, but the price was incredible especially since it was a 2011. Plus, the vehicle is still covered by the factory warranty. So, drive it, I did. I loved it. It rides comfortably, shifts smoothly and is spacious for me and my family... Also, I'm pleased with the gas mileage. The staff here made buying this vehicle fast and easy! They were friendly and courteous! My top reason for visiting the dealership was the incredible price. I had researched vehicles for some time and everywhere else was asking 2 to 4 grand more for same vehicle with approximately same mileage! I got a great deal here and enjoyed working with the staff. I'm very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this dealership to my friends, family and strangers! PS the full take of gas they gave me prior to my departure was icing on my cake! More

This is the 4th car my family have had the privilege to lease/purchase with Eddie Jarvis. After the excellant manner in which I was treated, I insisted both my daughters go to him first. Roger took care to explain every detail on the many papers we had to sign to complete the deal. The folling day I was back at the dealership to have some sun shades installed and Regina saw me and came up to see if she could further assist me. The McKenney Salinas dealership had a car I had been searching for ... a white Saturn Sky. I found it online and the asking price was fair so we made the 3 hour trip. We were not disappointed. Upon our arrival we did not find sales people racing towards us from every direction as we have experienced at other dealerships and we were able to look the car over at our own pace before going inside. It would have been nice to have gotten the price down a bit or dodged the fees, but since the price was already reasonable, it was hard to argue. (Plus the car was beautiful and was very clean!) The customer service was great as well as their follow up to make sure we are satisifed. More

Over the years, I have worked with many sales people and car dealerships but I do not recall any that exceed McKenney-Salinas in professionalism. Nothing seems too much trouble for this young man. His explanation of the various vehicles and options was clear and knowledgeable. His attitude was positive throughout without any 'hype' which is all too prevalent in the car industry. Josh was extremely patient - I took my time in coming to a decision. He at no time pressed me nor plagued me with follow-up calls, but was immediately response to my calls. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to other potential purchasers. More
