We reported a clunk noise in the back, right window after the test drive. Brought the car in on the we owe you; the technician said, "Something is broken inside and that is why there is the clunk noise." Now we are being stalled around, no return calls and our 30 days is running on the we owe you. Up until this point, we loved the dealer, now we are contemplating suing in small claims court. We would never have bought a certified preowned car and paid extra for that and the warranties if we knew it meant nothing. Robert Lombardo, 828-478-1370. I am pleased to report that all issues have been resolved to our satisfaction and Jeff Black was extremely courteous to us on the visit where the window noise was fixed. Now we just have to clarify our extended warranty that we purchased. We were told by both Chris and Lamont it was "bumper-to-bumper" for 7 years or 100,000 miles. Now in the mail we received our owner ID card stating the warranty is for the power train for a hundred thousand and non-power train until 1-2-2013 or 50,880 miles. My husband and I were in the market for a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. We used consumer reports to find the car we wanted at a great price. We were quoted a rate from McKenny Salinas Mitsubishi and went down to test drive a vehicle. They said they didn't have the model we wanted but they had found one for us. Once we got there the "internet sales" team was unavailable so another guy helped us. We drove the "test" car, but when it came to the price we were quoted they couldn't find the paperwork. It just disappeared. Then we spent over an hour going back and forth with the salesman who continuously went in the back room to talk with his manager. After the 4th or 5th time my husband was more than a little annoyed and said just let us speak directly to him. That didn't happen and he continued to play his song and dance game. Finally my husband had enough (this was the third Mitsubishi we were to purchase) and told them to give us our keys that we were leaving. Then and only then did the "manager" come out. He said he was busy finding us the car...hmmm we didn't go down there (it was an hour and a half away from our home) until they told us they had found the car. Guess they lost that too! Just to clarify Ruth was very nice and we had no problems with her. I don't know the name of the sales person we spoke with, young guy and not in internet sales, he was nice too but really played the song and dance game. Never got the "manager's" name. We were so angry we left there business cards on the desk. We bought the car we wanted and a great price from Carriage Mitsubishi in GA. THEY were GREAT to work with. I would NEVER go back to McKenny Salinas again. Misleading, and just over all left a very bad taste in our mouth. More

I had been to another Honda dealership and was not happy with the amount they were giving me for my trade-in so I decided to call McKenney Honda and they said they would beat any price if I would buy a car with the amount they were giving me for my trade-in so I decided to call McKenney Honda and they said they would beat any price if I would buy a car from them. I was not really sure until I went to the dealership and they worked very hard to get me as much money as they could for my trade-in and also gave me an excellent deal on the 2012 Pilot. I was very pleased with my overall experience and I would recommend McKenny Honda to my family and friends. More
This is the third Honda I have purchased. Bobby Ford was my salesman for the last two vehicles. His salesmanship is excellent. I appreciate going back to the same salesman, where I feel comfortable and tru my salesman for the last two vehicles. His salesmanship is excellent. I appreciate going back to the same salesman, where I feel comfortable and trust him. Bobby goes the extra mile. He does the little things that are so important. Such as, he didn't want to put my old dirty tag on my car. He went and cleaned it first. Every time that I arrived at the dealership, he came outside and greeted me. He called me after the purchase and thanked me for my business and let me know that he was available if I had any questions. He was very good at explaining the features of the car. Since my family has seen the great quality of Honda in my previous cars, they are now all Honda owners (mother, brother, aunt). My aunt is 85 years old and Bobby was also her salesman. She looks forward to her service calls because of Bobby's friendly personality. The man that handles the financing was also very nice. Sorry, but I cannot remember his name. I was looking for a solid car for my daughter and had an eye for a RAV4 and had been looking for about a month. i was at work and saw a good deal on the internet on a newer RAV4 with low miles. i got onlin eye for a RAV4 and had been looking for about a month. i was at work and saw a good deal on the internet on a newer RAV4 with low miles. i got online and immediately was able to communicate with felicia. felicia was very quick to repond to my questions, and i had a good feeling about the dealership. the price was very fair and i received the car, which was in almost new shape, in ohio from north carolina within a couple of days. jasper was extremely easy to deal with and jerry who did transport kept me informed of his progress throughout his trip. i had researched the pricing in ohio, and nothing had come close to it. i would not hesitant to buy from mckenney salinas honda again.
