TJ was easy to work with on purchasing a used truck. I would definitely recommend him. The wait for the guy in finance office was long and when we told him about our wait he did not offer an apology, ju I would definitely recommend him. The wait for the guy in finance office was long and when we told him about our wait he did not offer an apology, just told us he missed his lunch. Not a great answer in my opinion. A simple "I'm sorry you had to wait" would have gone a long way. The wait to actually get the vehicle from service department was extremely long, I went home and came back and still waited over 3 hours. This will give me pause to ever consider this dealership in the future. More

We went to McKenzie a month or so ago to see the Buick enclave. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After doing our shopping around town, we decided the enclave was the way to go.
