I bought a new Lincoln MKZ. The vehicle is loaded with a ton of technology. Ole took over an hour to explain to me the features of the car and to set up my phone and other voice commands with me. Than, about three months after I had the vehicle, he invited me to come back to see what technology I was using and once again explained to me the stuff I wasn't using. Very helpful! More
