LEFT AN AXLE BOLT LOOSE. Avoid this service department or any used cars. McKinney had my vehicle for 40+ days for brake noise and unnecessarily replaced the Steering Column Avoid this service department or any used cars. McKinney had my vehicle for 40+ days for brake noise and unnecessarily replaced the Steering Column, and a Strut Assembly. In doing so they left AN AXLE BOLT LOOSE (Was able to hand turn it three times before torque). I even took it back and they replaced an exhaust clamp which they stated was the noise that I was hearing. Do yourself a favor take it to Big O, they were able to locate and fix the issue in one day, NOT 40+ DAYS. AVOID THIS PLACE. McKinney Parts Director who reached out previously to try and fix bad review is no longer there. I WONDER WHY. More
