They never fix my vehicle issues, everyone's treated me rudely. Find somewhere else to go. I was not in proper care and now now have internal issues with my vehicle but luckily I found a dealership that took care of me all my needs and treating me with respect and actually worked on my vehicle, And fix the problems that they have caused. The good dealership that I went to was in SC dodge ram of Spartanburg. You will be in good care from them.

Awesome experience buying my 2026 Ram! My sales person Jessica Hajek was very friendly and professional in my dealings with her. Jessica kept in constant contact via text and phones calls answering my many questions. She negotiated a great deal for me! The dealer ship had a 3 rd party company spray in a bed-liner and unfortunately that process covered the truck in overspray. It was not the dealerships fault but they assumed ownership of the issue and had the dealerships detailer Tyreece do a wonderful job removing the overspray and detailing the truck so it was spotless! Jessica stayed on top of the issue ensuring I was taken care of! Shout out to sales manger Mike for also taking care of my issue and not just brushing it under the table! I would definitely recommend this dealership!!!

Service sucks, no communication with service person. Jeep not done on day they claimed and didn't even get a phone call. Added bonus of 3% credit card charge when paying, with no advance warning. Multiple visits for oil changes and repairs and it is always some level of BAD. Last time here, second added bonus no new window sticker after oil change....very thorough.
