Easy to Deal with and right up front on everything. I met Mike Henry when I stopped to look at Dodge 1500 Ram crew truck. I just told him what I needed color series of truck and what I would pay. Went to look at a specific truck which was listed in writing on the website at 25183. A great price indeed. It would still be a good price at 25683 as well. I would pay 25683 for that truck. if they want 25683 then say so on the website. don't put 25183 on there to get me in the door and then try to switch it up to 25683 because of an unformentioned military retirement discount. WTF! Just be upfront about things. I told the gentleman I was not retired but was a combat veteran. He says thanks for that but, no. Okay I say but since you put the figure will you honor it? I get the song and dance, no he says, I say meet me half way at 25433 since you took an hour to find it on the lot. And then since you took another half hour of maneuvering at your desk (he did meet me half way on the trade in) so I would meet half way on his bait and switch at the desk. Still no deal. Very obstinate and condescending not at all listening or understanding anything I said and ignoring statements. Let him run the credit, mine is over 780, he come back three hours later with 5.65. an insult, I had cash to buy outright. I'm a business man. I took my cash across the street and bought an F250 and an F150. So over 250$ he lost two sales and then maybe a couple or three more in the next month or two. I guess the beef is the attitude he had along with the unwillingness to deal on top of wasting my time and not returning my call. Did not like the guy who thought it was okay to cram tobacco in his mouth while Dave had me waiting. Low class, won't go back dare I say Redneck behavior on top of sketchy dealings. More
