I can't say enough good things about this dealership, and "Bill up the hill" Scruggs. I went in with a trade-in, upside down on loan, and Bill and his superiors (all the way up to one of the McKinney's) and "Bill up the hill" Scruggs. I went in with a trade-in, upside down on loan, and Bill and his superiors (all the way up to one of the McKinney's) spent at least 6 hours that day trying to find a vehicle/financing/etc for me. This was after I had been to over 10 other dealerships who were either outright rude or made it obvious they didn't want to work with me when they found out I was trying to trade in a Kia... I had nearly given up, and Bill and the rest of the team at McKinney made it possible, got me into a new Mazda (which I love, by the way, get 36 mpg average!), and the whole transaction went smoothly (on my part)... I truly felt the sense of teamwork trying their best to provide me, their customer, with a great experience. This is from now on, who I will be buying any other cars from, for the rest of my life, and I would 100% recommend them to anybody (my parents, family, best friends) with no qualms. More
