I had recently wrote a bad review for this dealership and apparently upset my salesman. I want to say that I do not want anyone to lose their job as stated on a message on my phone. I had pulled my credit report the first afternoon I was there and I did not see my bank on there with the 7 different loan companies they had tried. I apologize if this was a mistake but it was not there. I am very happy with my car even though I feel like I was being a little bit manipulated on the account of being that I'm a woman who doesnt know a lot about cars or financing. I thought if I had preapproval from a lender that the dealership would first and foremost deal with them. I do not know how car sales works nor do I think I want to. Please take this as a retraction because I dont want to get anyone in trouble I was just wanting other women to be aware. The dealership I will say has a great selection of beautiful cars. I would recommend based on the selection of cars. More

I own a 2010 Dodge Ram 2500. The paint is peeling off of the rear differential cover and starting to peel off of the front transfer case cover. The truck was purchased out of state, but I have had service the rear differential cover and starting to peel off of the front transfer case cover. The truck was purchased out of state, but I have had service done at McKinney Dodge several times on my previous Dodge. Paul Hostak and the Service Manager were very eager to make sure the problem was resolved. They replaced the rear differential cover, and repainted the front transfer case cover. They are always very friendly and go out of their way to please their customers. I will continue to recommend McKinney Dodge to others. More

I have been to many different Chrysler dealer service shops over the years throughout upstate South Carolina and in Georgia. This was by far my best experience. John was extremely professional, knowled shops over the years throughout upstate South Carolina and in Georgia. This was by far my best experience. John was extremely professional, knowledgeable, capable, prompt and courteous. Other dealerships had trouble addressing certain issues or could not answer my questions. John resolved all my car problems and knew how to answer all my questions. I will definitely make McKinney the only place I go for service from now on. More
