McKinney Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM

I was searching for a Jeep Wrangler for several weeks, searching for the one i wanted and the best price; there were 3 dealerships near me. I went to Mckinney one night just to look around and get an idea searching for the one i wanted and the best price; there were 3 dealerships near me. I went to Mckinney one night just to look around and get an idea of what i was looking for. As i was there the salesmen were all closing up for the evening. I told them i didnt need any help i was just looking to get an idea. Tipp, happened to be picking up flags by the Jeeps i was looking at and offered to give me a "run down" on Wranglers. I told him i was just looking and i knew they were trying to close up and go home for the night. He gave me all kinds of information anyways. He was not pushy, he didnt not treat me like just another sale, he didnt try to force me into anything or talk me into anything. He was just giving me information on a vehicle i had no idea what to look for. He also gave me the Wrangler Pamphlet and the website if i wanted to do some more research. After a few weeks of looking around and pricing some other Wranglers out, i went back to see Tipp and he once again was very helpful and just told me whenever i was ready to figure up some numbers and see about my trade in value, just to give him a call and he would take care of things. I ended up going back to McKinney that following weekend and told Tipp I wass ready to buy the one we had looked at. He helped me with the Price of the Jeep, and he helped with getting a good trade in value on my car. During all three of my visits to McKinney, Tipp was always helpful, very knowledgeable, genuinly willing to make sure i knew the goods/bads and differences by going from my car to a Wrangler. He was never forceful or pushy to get me to buy from him. He was EXTREMELY helpful and informative! I would recommend Tipp and McKinney Dodge to anyone else looking to buy! More

After visiting with a competitor in the morning and leaving, we spent the afternoon driving numerous Chryler 300 Limiteds at McKinney Dodge CJRM in Easley. Mr. Sharma greeted me, my husband and mother leaving, we spent the afternoon driving numerous Chryler 300 Limiteds at McKinney Dodge CJRM in Easley. Mr. Sharma greeted me, my husband and mother and treated us with great respect as well as hustled all afternoon showing us vehicles, explaining features and test driving with us. Mr. Hawley showed us several different options of cars in our price range as the Internet Manager. They very patiently got car after car out of the lot and brought it to the front for me to test drive. We basically had the front of the dealership taken up with cars I had test driven. We still couldn't decide. Then, we were impressed when Mr. Dave McKinney himself came out, met all of us and stated that he could certainly be flexible on the price if we wanted the car that we finally settled on. After just a short bit of negotiating, he named a price that was agreeable to us. We received an excellent deal and were given a good trade-in on our old car as well(which was $1,000 over the price offered by a competitor). Plus they have the free tires for life program which is certainly an extra that I have not heard of anyone else offering. Everyone was respectful and kind to my husband and myself as well, and in particular, to my 80 yr old mother. They even gave my mother the Tiger Paw magnet they had on one of the cars I drove as she had stated that I was a Clemson fan and had been a University employee for 34 years. They made car buying such a pleasurable experience. We will certainly be recommending this dealership to others. More
