Dan showed me a few but at the time there wasn’t any the style I wanted. So we went to his office to see what we could find on the computer. By this time my wife was getting off work and came to the dealership. My wife seen a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude L. Then she told me she would get out my truck if I got that one. So we test drove it. My wife fell in love. I liked it just not the color. I still wanted a black on black vehicle. But by this time is was getting late and the dealership was closing. Dan said he would try to find one the color I wanted. So the next day Dan sent me pictures of a black on black one. That just came in that morning. So soon as I got off work I was on the way. They gave me what I wanted for my car. Dan even help me get my stuff out the car! Filled up the gas tank on the new one. So now I’m happy I got my truck back and my wife is happy too! More

Stopped in last week to report a bad battery on my new Chrysler 300 S. They set an appointment for me today(3-22-23) At 8am. When I bought it in the service manager told me it would be 3-4 days before my Chrysler 300 S. They set an appointment for me today(3-22-23) At 8am. When I bought it in the service manager told me it would be 3-4 days before my car was ready. He said they had 6 or 7 cars ahead me to run a battery test on. I asked why did they book me for today then and he had no answer other than he was sorry. Drove down to Lake Keowee Dodge when I left McKinny and I had a new warranty covered battery 2 hours later!!! Worst service I have ever had More

I had my 2019 Ram 2500 6. 7 diesel toed to McKinney dodge for an engine problem that should be under warranty. All they did was listen to it run and they said it was out of oil 7 diesel toed to McKinney dodge for an engine problem that should be under warranty. All they did was listen to it run and they said it was out of oil and refused to check it out any further and would not be covered under warranty and charged me $150.00 . Had to take it to another dealership and they said a bolt in the grid heater broke and got on top of no. 6 cylinder. Now under warranty l am getting a new engine. Mckenny Dodge service department sucks do not go there for any repairs! More

I bought a 2021 F150 with 11,xxx miles on it from Rod at McKinney dodge ram Chrysler. On Feb 12 the truck left me stranded 3 hours from home. Had it towed to the nearest Ford dealership, where they told me McKinney dodge ram Chrysler. On Feb 12 the truck left me stranded 3 hours from home. Had it towed to the nearest Ford dealership, where they told me the truck had been in for warranty work on the exact problem it’s having right now, 3 months prior, while for sale with McKinney. I was not made aware of this issue. When bringing it to the attention of my salesmen Rod and “GM” Wesley Keller I was told “you bought a truck, when it’s fixed it you’re unhappy bring it back and we’d be happy to trade it in at whatever the going price is at that time.” This was my first car/truck buying experience, I’m extremely disappointed to say that I went to the “Family” dealer McKinney Dodge Ram Chrysler Jeep and Mazda. Please don’t make the same horrid mistake I did. More
