Customer Service My husband & I have used your Service Department on his Ram pick-up (which he purchased from your dealership) and my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland for My husband & I have used your Service Department on his Ram pick-up (which he purchased from your dealership) and my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland for about 6 years. We have always experienced outstanding customer service at your dealership and, for that reason, we were seriously disappointed with the results of my husband's appointment yesterday. My husband's key fob to his Ram pick-up needs replacing. He called your dealership last week and was told that there was one key fob in stock that could be programmed for his truck. He asked that the key fob be reserved for him and made an appt for Tues., Aug. 11th at 2:30. He was assured that his name would be put on the key fob & it would be held for his appointment. When he arrived August 11th, he was left to wait for about 30 minutes and then told that the key fob had been sold to someone else. We live in Seneca and DRIVE PAST a competing Jeep Dodge dealership to go to McKinney Service Dept. in Easley because we have been so impressed with your service department. I'm not at all sure that we will be doing that in the future after his experience yesterday. He wasted almost 2 hours of his time and STILL does not have his newly programmed key fob. He was assured that they could order a new key fob for him & put his name on it, if he wanted to go ahead and make an appt for the programming. Really?!? That's how he ended up there on Aug. 11th and wasted almost 2 hours of his afternoon. Very disappointing! We have never experienced such confusion, miscommunication & poor customer service from McKinney Service Dept. Regards, Judy & Charles Creel More

Was just looking at Durango deals and bought a Ram truck My wife and I stopped by McKinney to look at Durango RTs. We were greeted by John Reeves as we arrived. There were some very good deals on '19 Durangos however we are considering purchase of a camper and the Ram trucks seemed to be better suited for our needs. John was very helpful as we looked at different models of Ram trucks. We picked out the one that seemed to meet our needs but could not reach a final decision as the dealership closed for the evening. there was no pressure from anyone at McKinney to do the deal that night. We came home and researched the truck thoroughly that night as well and the price and offerings from other dealerships online. The next day we showed up unannounced and bought our Ram truck. cannot say enough about the professionalism and helpfulness of John. Highly recommend John and the McKinney team. More

He began to look through inventory so that when my husband arrived we were able to immediately start looking at cars. He never once got impatient or bothered by our very tired two year old. He walked us through every step of the car buying process and kept us comfortable. We left confident that we had made the best choice and knew every detail of the deal we were able to achieve. Mike went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. We got home and realized in the daylight that we had overlooked a sizable dent. I called and they immediately reassured me that they would fix it. McKinney was a GREAT dealership to work with and we will definitely do business there in the future! More
