Easy purchasing experience, decent price. Several weeks after being involved in a serious collision, I began looking for a new vehicle to replace my demolished truck. After visiting 3 dealers near me (Columbia area), I found Mckinney Dodge. Although 90 minutes away, I went there because: 1) They had several trucks that fit my needs, 2) They actually seemed interested in selling me a truck (unlike my local dealers) and 3) Their initial price reductions seemed reasonable. The buying experience was painless with Mike Skinner and I purchased a new Ram 1500. In hindsight and after talking with some friends who bought Rams around the same time, I feel that I could have negotiated a little better deal, but I was still beat up from my injuries and tired of talking to sales people, so that's on me, not the dealer. I was just not up to the hard bargaining game that day! Since purchase I have had one warranty issue that Mike and Derek Smith (service) handled quickly and efficiently while I waited. I highly recommend Mike Skinner if you are buying and so far the service department seems very good. More

He was responsive to my details and promised to "keep" a lookout for just what I wanted, Riley contacted me when they got the notice that my "perfect: jeep was coming in from the factory and sent me pictures and specs the day it arrive. Michael Skinner picked up the closing smoothly and was also cordial, helpful and patient. Gene Crane was also warm and worked us through the financial aspects of the closing with patience and care.
