From wanting to lease to purchase Worked with Stephen and Tyrone. Originally wanted to lease a Durango, however the one they had that would have got me the lease we wanted had been so Worked with Stephen and Tyrone. Originally wanted to lease a Durango, however the one they had that would have got me the lease we wanted had been sold. I test drove another vehicle, decided I liked it , but it was going to be a replacement for my wife's vehicle. Took the wife to the dealership after she finished at her job. Found out we couldn't get the lease payment we wanted on that vehicle. Tyrone showed a couple of vehicles. My wife drove one and decided it was going to fit what she needed. We also reached an agreement on the payment. Ended up purchasing a 2016 Hyundai Tucson with 9,200 miles. Everyone at McKinney was courteous, helpful and professional, in putting us into a vehicle that fit our needs. More

Brand new experience My husband and I had decided we wanted another Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had sworn off McKinney Dodge bc Years ago (many many years ago) we separately h My husband and I had decided we wanted another Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had sworn off McKinney Dodge bc Years ago (many many years ago) we separately had not so great experiences. But the morning before we were set to go buy another jeep we had found and loved a jeep at MDodge. So we went on anyways to take a look at it. The staff was wonderful!!! Every single person we came in contact with was great!! The process was very easy. The shop was about to close to they allowed me to leave with the jeep and schedule a "will do" order to have anything I desired looked at my convenience . Two weeks later I finally have time to go. My thoughts on MD have totally changed and I will be back! I'm not sure what all has changed from 14 years ago but keep up the good work! More
