Best experience ever I have been a ford man almost my whole life. I had tried several to get out of that car because going that low to the ground causes my back to spasm and I fall. I even show my MRI results. Still no help. I contacted Christine on the phone and without any hesitation she set up my appointment and after testdriving my new 2017 Ram 1500 I left in the truck of my choice with a smile and no more falling and getting hurt. A very delightful and positive experience! From the moment I walked onto McKinney Dodge I could tell it was going to be more of an experience than a business transaction. I was greeted after ab From the moment I walked onto McKinney Dodge I could tell it was going to be more of an experience than a business transaction. I was greeted after about 5 minutes of being on the premises by Mr. Dan Holbrook. I already had my eye on the Jeep I left with that day and he seemed to be very happy that I was already locked on my target vehicle. He got me all set up and we took a test drive. We had many conversations together on our drive and it seemed more like we were old friends than just a few guys making a deal. When we got back he did everything in his power to get the things I asked for on my side of the deal. He came back with as close as he could with what I had asked for from my Mustang. Then he even went the extra mile and got me a military discount added on to the transaction. Overall I was extremely satisfied to leave that day. Dan has still reached out to me just to check in on things from time to time. All in all it was an experience I will never forget. I love owning "Frieda Freedom"! More
