I wasn't there even for 2 minutes and I had two people approach me to ask if I needed assistance. The Customer Service was top notch. The person I worked with Daniel Holbrook was exceptionally kind and caring to work with me. He listened to what I could afford, what I couldn't afford and worked with me. There was no pressure which was noticed first thing. I have always heard of stories about how the dealership representatives always try to push you to your limit and get you to submit to them and pressure you into purchasing a vehicle at the price they want you to pay. So I entered the dealership with my game face on. I was ready to go all out on the offensive. I never was pressured which was noticed instantly. I will do business with again once I hit the lottery and get some money together. Oh and not to mention, I got a very good deal on a new vehicle, they did work with me on the price. I did online searches to determine what I wanted, what fit my budget, and where I wanted to shop from. I walked onto the lot with a list of 7 vehicles from 6 different dealerships. I started at McKinney because it was local and my family had positive purchase history with them. Paul Thomas showed me all the "upgrades" the new Grand Cherokees had. He explained everything in simple terms. After test driving I decided this particular jeep fit my criteria and did not even bother with looking at the second jeep on my list at McKinney. The paperwork process went very smoothly. Paul Thomas and Gene Crane were both very helpful while they explained every detail. Paul took me on a tour of the dealership and maintenance dept. while my jeep was being detailed. I was introduced to Paul in the maintenance dept. and given detailed information regarding my maintenance package. Overall, I had a very positive experience with everyone I met during my purchase.
