I love these guys!!! I bought a Dodge Caliber, brand new, 5 years ago right after graduating college. It was a major change, because I have always driven trucks. I told th I bought a Dodge Caliber, brand new, 5 years ago right after graduating college. It was a major change, because I have always driven trucks. I told them then, that I would take the best care of that car, so that when I had established my credit, they could sell me a brand new truck! Over the past 5 years, every 3000 miles, I would take my car to get the oil changed and any other maintenance it required. Every visit, I would hang out in the showroom with Daniel, Gene, Tipp, and the other salesman. Every time I would tell them, I'm working on getting me that new truck! They often joked that I had become the local celebrity up there. Well, yesterday, 5 years later, I found the truck that I wanted. I told Tipp that was it and him Daniel got started. Not even 30 minutes later they brought me the deal. I screamed, cried, and hugged all of their necks and told them to hurry up and let me sign my name before they changed their minds! These guys have treated me like family from day 1, and I'm truly blessed that they helped my dreams come true! I love them all so very much! More

Excellent Buying Experience I traveled from out of state (NC) because McKinney had the Ram truck with all the features I was looking for. Outstanding Service to a Stranger My wife and I were returning to our home in Georgia on November 28, 2016 after a short visit to Kentucky. While traveling through Travelers Rest, SC My wife and I were returning to our home in Georgia on November 28, 2016 after a short visit to Kentucky. While traveling through Travelers Rest, SC a bolt punctured my tire and the air was leaking out fast. I stopped at a local tire dealer and was told that I probably needed a new tire and it would take about two days for a tire to arrive since they did not have one in stock. I asked the tire repair person if there was a Chrysler Dealership in the area. He said about 10 miles from there and pointed me in the direction of McKinney Dodge in Easley, SC. I drove to McKinney Dodge and went to the Service Department, where a very nice gentleman by the name of Adam Loftin, Service Advisor, greeted me and asked what service he could provide to me. After explaining my situation he said that he would have my tire checked and advise me of what would be required. Mr. Loftin then directed us to the waiting area where he said that coffee was available if we desired to have some. After an hour or so, Mr. Loftin came in and informed us that the tire was repaired and we were ready to go. I really didn't expected everything to turn out as well as it did and had braced for worse news. I can say this was the best service I have ever received and feel McKinney Dodge and especially Mr. Loftin deserve special recognition for going above and beyond to please an unknown customer without an appointment. I didn't purchase my 2017 Chrysler from McKinney Dodge but would surely give them my business if I lived near Easley, SC. Thank You! More
