The rear windows would not stay put and would often "open up" while traveling at highway speeds. A salesman, with nothing to gain, took more than 30 mins to take them off and reinstall them, showing her how, along the way, how to install them so they would stay put. She was so impressed by his kindness and helpfullness she instised that if I every decided to buy a new truck, I must talk to this man. His name, Paul Thomas. A few months ago I started exploring buying a new truck for our business. Yesterday, I did. Today, we are the proud owner of a beautiful 2017 Ram Limited 2500 and I could not be happier with Mr. Thomas, the dealership and the expierence. Can't believe they let me walk away My salesman was very professional. Everything I as going well and I would have made the purchase of the vehicle I wanted....until another salesman jum My salesman was very professional. Everything I as going well and I would have made the purchase of the vehicle I wanted....until another salesman jumped in and ruined it for him. My only complaint would be they were trying to sell me a new model car(2016) that had demo miles(almost 5k miles) on it at new car pricing. I also scheduled a visit to see the vehicle and made a 45 minute trip to see it. After arriving at the dealership, I was informed that the manager was driving it for demo purposes. Unfortunately they did not want to work with me for the inconvenience on the wasted time of the trip nor did they really want to make any effort on the sale. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere but still have a lot of respect for the salesman I was initially dealing with. More
