New Work Trucks Our company bought a 1500 2016 Ram Truck and a 2017 2500 Ram Truck. The 2500 truck is great and have had no problems. The price was great on both trucks (researched online and they beat everyone). The dealership was also very accommodating in delivering the trucks almost 2 hours away. However, the 1500 has been in the shop several times since we bought it less than 2 weeks ago. First a recall part (in the rear end) and now the compressor will not work on the A/C. It has been in the shop for 3 days now (at another Dodge dealership) without being fixed. It has been very frustrating to purchase a brand new truck and have nothing but problems. More

It was not until we expanded our search to an hour from home did we find the Jeep we wanted and a good inventory to choose from. I reached out to McKinney Dodge Chrysler Jeep online first before making the drive and Tipp Lasserter was the person that returned my inquiry. Tipp insured me that they did have the Jeep we were looking for a several others to choose from. I arranged an appointment to go down with my wife and Tipp was there waiting at the time arranged. Tipps no pressure approach and no rush attitude gave us the opportunity to not only look over the Jeep we wanted but do comparisons to the other Jeep's there. We decided on a Jeep Willys model and then made the smoothest buying transaction we have had. Tipp has followed up with us several times and we could not be happier with the Jeep we purchased or the people we dealt with at McKinney's. More
