It was an experience I searched and searched and searched and was not able to find the mazda 3 exactly the way I wanted it. I spoke with Bill Scruggs at McKinney Mazda and I searched and searched and searched and was not able to find the mazda 3 exactly the way I wanted it. I spoke with Bill Scruggs at McKinney Mazda and he was able to point me toward the right person to help get the car I wanted ordered. It was a long wait about three or so months give or take a week and it finally arrived before Christmas. The car was exactly the way I wanted it and the process of getting all the paperwork done was easy and they got me a really good deal even with a not so good credit rating. Overall my experience was good a lot of up and downs and waiting which is to be expected when ordering a car but overall the experience was a positive one and I'm happy to have my new car. More

Now this review is not from one sales experience I have purchased more than 15 cars and trucks since becoming a customer and I live in North Carolina the hour and a half drive has proven over and over to be well worth my time now for service Paul Hostak has a whirlwind of a job he has scheduled my service to work around my schedule and sometime i cant come and he just reschedules it with no worries or issues and has made a slot for me when i needed it , not only me but my friends and family so over the past 17 years plus this is the go to dealership . if you cant make a deal here you cant make a deal . Oh and if its on the lot and you think you want it or need it listen to them tell them what you need and what you can afford and they shoot straight . OH IF ITS SOMETHING YOU WANT GO GET IT BECAUSE THEY SELL CARS AND TRUCKS FASTER THAN ANY PLACE I HAVE SEEN . i wanted a car went to look at it the deal was so good i hesitated and went back to get it it was gone . then they looked till they found me another one thats a true dealership that is concerned with their clients . yesterday i was there 7 hrs driving more than 10 vehicles until i settled on a great run around car while i was there i saw inventory moving out the door . 2013 Dodge Ram 3500 I found the truck on the internet and called the dealership. I asked the salesman if he would hold it for me because I had to drive approximately 500 I found the truck on the internet and called the dealership. I asked the salesman if he would hold it for me because I had to drive approximately 500 miles to see it (PA to SC). He told me I had to put a $500 non-refundable deposit down to take the truck off the market. Before agreeing to the deposit, I asked him if the truck was "perfect". He said "yes" and told me the truck was in "excellent condition". I gave him my deposit to hold the truck for me for a few days. My wife and I drove to SC on 12/11/15 and arrived at the dealership after dark. The salesman told me there was a "dimple" on the back fender. It was hard to see everything given the time of day, about 6 p.m. I bought the truck that night and drove back to PA. After arriving home, I went over the truck in the daylight and discovered the damage on the bed. The truck was hit, someone tried to fix it and did not to a very good job fixing it. This damage was not reported to Carfax. I contacted the dealership and was told someone would call me back. I have not received a callback yet. More
