He emailed me 3 different trucks that met my requirements. I told him which one I wanted. They quoted me a great price and I gave them some information. Paul called me back in 30 minutes and said everything was good to go. I was out of town and told him it would be on Friday. When I went in on Friday they had everything ready to go. It took longer to go over all the options in the truck than it did in the finance department. Just a great place to do business. More

The deal was pretty good but service is lacking. My husband and I went to Mckinney in search of a new vehicle. I feel like we got a decent deal, however, the buying experience was not the best. We felt that the customer service aspect was lacking. They really wanted our business, but were more focused on explaining the dealership needs in our purchase than our needs in our monthly payment. One of the tactics used was we were told that our trade was not wanted (I'm assuming in order to get us to accept the first trade-in value presented). We were also made to feel like we were being greedy when we were asking for different options to be included with the purchase. We did end up purchasing because we were able to reach an acceptable payment rate. However, the vehicle was not detailed well for being brand new. (There were smudges on the inside of the doors and on the windows). The final nail in the coffin of poor customer service was that we drove the car off the lot on an empty tank of gas. I've never been to a dealership that didn't fill the car up for you upon purchase. I was promised a gas card, but never received it. On a positive note, I will say that our sales person did take time to go over all the features of the Jeep, which was nice. Also, the finance personnel we worked with was able to get us a great interest rate. So all in all..Yes you can get a decent deal from this dealership, but don't expect the royal treatment...or even above average service. More

I explained to mike I was on a shopping trip looking for a competitive price and ease of purchase, hard sell tactics were not needed and would not be appreciated. I received a price and approx. trade value on my trade Friday afternoon. Called mike saturday am, told him I was on my way. Mike was prepared when I arrived, he showed me the jeep I was interested in, confirmed my trade in value and we were done. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I could not have been more satisfied.
