I stopped by my local dealer (McKinney dodge in Easley south Carolina) I want to make sure I let anyone know that is shopping don't go there!!! So I stop in talk to the salesman and express interest in driving their 2015 scat pack to which they laugh and say we don't allow test drives on those cars. Really???? I laugh also and tell them I would NEVER buy a car before driving it. Their reply...You don't drive a Ferrari before you buy it.. I say that's no Ferrari !! Them...Listen friend if we let everyone drive it that wants to drive it then we will put unnecessary miles on it. Anyway I was dressed in shorts and a t shirt but Im 44 years old so I guess I got sized up by that. My 2007 srt8 had around the 490 hp after being tuned CAI and custom exhaust designed for my car. So I have decided to order a new 2016 srt and be sure to let McKinney dodge know that I have found a dealership that will a be helping me. I am very much hoping that John McKinney finds out about this. Because we own a small business and we do advertising on the same stations as they do it cost us quite a bit of money to get people to contact us. My point is this, If one of my techs treated one of my customers that way and cost me $ 50,000 plus dollars they would have a new problem on their hands. To the management: Brent the sales guy was very nice but management dropped the ball. You shouldn't treat potential customers that way. You didn't even try to make it right. More

Angel at McKinney called me at home, asked for the VIN on my trade in, and assured me that I was approved before I ever showed up. Most of the paperwork was almost complete when I got there!!! This was my first time ever buying a BRAND NEW vehicle and I felt at ease about the process from beginning to end. Excellent service! More
