They valued my trade in LOWER than Carmax and took up about 4 hours of my ti This was the typical run to the sales manager and back dealer experience. They valued my trade in LOWER than Carmax and took up about 4 hours of my time even getting to that point. I understand the concept of a business making money but I made it clear they would profit on one car transaction not both. By my rough math they were looking at trying to clear about $8000 that day. I ended up finding a better equipped vehicle in the color I wanted for a lower price. The other dealer beat their trade in by $2000. The stock and trade for this dealership seems to be low end, large volume stuff. More
Poor way to handle a Trade It would have been an excellent experience had I not received a phone call from my Salesman stating that my payoff was $65.00 more than they expected. It would have been an excellent experience had I not received a phone call from my Salesman stating that my payoff was $65.00 more than they expected. That was very unprofessional and just outright ridiculous. I Traded vehicles on a Sat. and I told them that my payoff was 14,500. On that Monday I called my bank and the payoff was actually 14,490.00, so I was 10.00 to the good, well over 10 days later is when I get the call about owing the additional $65.00 dollars. I am sorry, but the day I made the deal and the business day after making the deal, my payoff was correct. That really changed my view and experience with you. Bill overall did a good job, but that, you should never do! More

They went joy riding in the car while it was in there shop and ran a southern connector, we had to pay for that ticket even tho we didn't have the car. The cars check engine light just came back on after it was in there shop last August. All together just a bad company and one of their employees got in my family members face and came off very rude and sexist. More

The tale of two salesmen We are giving five stars based on the experience we had with Alex. We have never met a salesman like Alex; that takes the time to understand our situ We are giving five stars based on the experience we had with Alex. We have never met a salesman like Alex; that takes the time to understand our situation, appreciate our position and make sure we felt welcome and gave us the confidence we would get the best deal we could possibly hope for; our business, as he explained how McKinney worked and that we would get all the dealer discount, all the rebates and the best price for our Silverado, even though they are a Dodge dealer, they (McKinney) wanted our business and would do what was necessary to earn the business within reason, showed us the differences between our Silverado and the RAM and was honest where the Silverado was superior. The dealership is exceptionally lucky to have him, because if he hadn't walked over to us as we were walking from the 3/4 Ton trucks, we would NEVER be considering purchasing from McKinney. Why? The previous salesman, Chuck (from his picture, he never gave his name) was very bad, he came over to us and instead of talking to us about the trucks (he never asked really why we were there, we were just walking by the Darts at the front of the dealership) we were interested in, he just started speaking about a Dodge Dart, didn't bother to ask us our name, had no knowledge about the 3/4 ton truck after we directed our questions to that and after we said we were not in a position to buy today dismissed us within 30 seconds and moved onto another couple that had pulled into the lot, which we found highly rude and offensive. Owing to our experience with Chuck, we didn't give Alex any of our details and it further impressed us that even given how cold we were, he was warm and made us feel that not only did the dealership appreciate us coming there, he really did as well. We will be over next week to buy from him, we just wanted everyone to know if you want to get a RAM, go see Alex and avoid Chuck! More

Our sales rep - Nathan Arroyo was great to work with on this transaction. He is a top notch sales rep. All the other reps were great also as they all worked to get the car out of the showroom so we could go on our way ASAP. Finance was quick, easy and great. More
