Good Morning Mr. Hain: I appreciate your response and I can appreciate trying to protect your family member. McKinney Dodge is not wanting to harass you or anyone else. We are trying to understand what you are talking about. I approached my Service Manager and Service Advisors yesterday, and they do not recall any incident of this type. Without additional details and the ability to hear the side of my service department, we can't even attempt to rectify what happened. We are so far from the Southern Connector, it just doesn't make any sense that anyone here would do that. Plus, we don't know what car we are talking about or when you say this happened. If you indeed had a traffic ticket from the Southern Connector while one of our mechanics was in the vehicle, McKinney Dodge would like the opportunity to reimburse you the amount of that ticket. If it was a toll violation, there would be a picture of the driver at the time. We certainly would be interested in seeing a copy of that. By not providing further details, we are not able to link this incident to our service department. You are tying our hands in trying to help and make things right if we can. Thank you for your time.
