After shopping locally in NW Florida, I looked for a new RAM 2500 on e-bay motors and auto trader.com. Found 4 vehicles which mathced what I wanted within a price range. After getting information from all RAM 2500 on e-bay motors and auto trader.com. Found 4 vehicles which mathced what I wanted within a price range. After getting information from all parties, I followed up more with McKinney via instant messanger and phone calls. Once we agreed to a price, I made arrangements to travel from FL. Driver picked me up from airport on time and was very curteous and professional. I paid drive upon arrival to dealer. The only problem with entire process was that what I thought was bottom line price did not include sales tax from my state. This could have been a deal breaker, but after some negotiation we came to an aggrement, and concluded the purchase/sale. I belive this information should have been disclosed up front. Other than that good experience. More
