Run around The salesman was very nice, but that is as far as it goes. Once the sale is final it all goes down hill from there. The day of the sale, the first car The salesman was very nice, but that is as far as it goes. Once the sale is final it all goes down hill from there. The day of the sale, the first car I picked out I was told “they could not get my payments down low enough, but they could on this one”. The problem was they did not have a clear title on the one they sold me. So we waited, and waited. The 30 day deadline comes and goes and we are still waiting. They said they were waiting on the previous owners financial institute to send the title. On the 40 day I was told they had the title and wanted to know if I wanted to pick it up or wanted them to overnight it. Friday’s are really hectic and I could not get off. I was thinking they could overnight it and I would have it on Saturday and could go to the DMV on Monday. Saturday came and went. No delivery. Monday I was told it was sent by FedEx and FedEx does not have Saturday delivery it would be there Monday. Monday came and went with no delivery. I was informed on Tuesday by FedEx that my package was lost and they would have to find it. A week has passed and there has been no word from McCarty Daniel or FedEx. On day 51 I contacted McCarty Daniel and told them we needed the letter of suspension and the temporary title to take to the DMV. We picked it up the next morning went to the DMV and after sitting for an hour I was told the letter was not enclosed and they could not register it in my name without that letter. So, I drive back to McCarty Daniel for the letter. I was then told they forgot to put it in the package. I was finally able to register my vehicle and was told that I would only be able to renew it once on the temporary title but then would have to have an original title to renew it further. Worse financial service I have ever had!! More
